We can export any product or service. We are specialists in Foreign Trade.

Through the following proposal, we’re reaching to your company to show the steps we think are mandatory for the design of future exports.

Exporting is simple, we can compare it to selling on a local level, we produce contacts focused on the NCM of the product, which will direct us towards which countries are importing from Argentina, but also countries abroad that are also importing at the same time.

After the analysis, we get two updated available coordinates:

  • Which is the country that imports this NCM the most (on a worldwide level)
  • Which is the country that imports this NCM the most (from Argentina)

What is an NCM?

It’s a figure composed of 11 numbers+1 letter that allows to talk about the same number all over the world. It is known that different items are called different ways in different regions. For example: our peanuts in Mexico are known as cacahuate, for this reason, if we look for peanuts in Mexico we might fail in the data search. We need to look for it but its NCM.

Processes:

STAGE 1 (30 days)

The first stage of the process is internal, we need to get to know the exporting company in detail, as well the products it intends to export.

Export company:

  • Is it registered in the regimen of imports and exports?
  • Is it experienced in the product it wishes to offer? Does it have any certification norms?
  • Does it have a website+corporate email+Company profile+presentation video? What is their production level?
  • What about their international professionalism?

About the product they wish to export:

  • Do they have pictures, videos or a web description?
  • Packing?
  • What are the advantages and disadvantages?
  • Productive capacity?

Classify the product

  • Design of FOB prices: during this instance we need to eliminate all form of taxes (including IVA) and include the expenses the product generates from the moment it exits the factory until the product is free on board the freight (FOB) which includes rights, freight expenses, custom expenses, portuary expenses and sales commision.
  • Assessment for refunds and rights
  • Design of proform bill
  • Request of origin certificate.

STAGE 2 (15 days)

During this stage and with the information we now have we proceed to the analysis, focused on business intelligence.

We already the product classified,we know its advantages and disadvantages,

Indicators:

  • Exported value in 2016 (in thousands of dollars)
  • Export amount in 2016

Measure Unit
Unit Value

Base on the report above we know which are the main purchasing countries for the selected NCM.
Then we proceed to analyze the countries and the importing companies one by one, until we land the following information:

  • Location
  • Country
  • City
  • Contact
  • Website
  • Telephone / Fax
  • Executive
  • Suplementary Information
  • Business volume
  • Number of employees
  • Category of selled products or services.

After this stage, its time to analyze the following data with the help of business intelligence.

  • What countries buy
  • Where do they import from (countries)
  • How many km away is the supplier (this information is very important as it affects the price directly. If the biggest importer is USA and its supplier is from China, we’re talking 9500 km, therefore an offer from Argentina would be priority A as the freight cost is cheaper.
  • Price for imported TN.

STAGE 3:

The following steps consist of a straight communication between the buyer and the seller.

Aduanar once again intervenes with assessing:

  • Sending of samples
  • Analysis of the country via embassy
  • Trading guide
  • Legal security (contracts)
  • Shipment charge security
  • Search of new markets
  • Visit to international fairs

Aduanar is an export platform, which main interest is to assess Argentine companies in their interest and help them be world players.
